Our static field guides can be read without registering an account or submitting personal details. The interactive field note composer on our Send a Note page formats text locally inside your browser using client-side JavaScript; nothing typed into that tool is transmitted to our servers unless you actively copy and email it to us.

2. Server Logs and Technical Security

Like all web servers, our hosting infrastructure records standard HTTP request logs (anonymized IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp, and requested page path) to prevent automated abuse and maintain site availability. These logs are rotated and deleted within 30 days.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade reader email addresses or browsing data to third-party data brokers or advertising networks.
